I was probably slightly too leisurely this morning, but I got up and did some excellent journaling/writing before work, which made me happy. Then I showered and slogged for a bit before running into town for an economic development board meeting. This morphed into a meeting about murals that I'd called with a slightly different group of people - one of the murals was damaged due to wind and we have to figure out what to do about it. This will probably not be the most fun thing to deal with, but at least we have the money to fix it, so it could be worse.
After that, I came home and had meetings off and on until almost seven. Then I made a v tasty pasta with Italian sausage and Swiss chard, which perhaps I should call alpine pasta due to the names of the ingredients. [Censored] even likes it despite the not-standard-for-Iowa ingredients (there are no tomatoes, but there is lemon zest).
And then I cleaned up the kitchen, did a couple of work things, messed around online, etc. Goodnight!
