I'm v v tired, but I have seen two of my three aunts in the same day, which is rare enough to merit a post. I got up a little after seven to get ready so that [censored] and I could pick up Mom at 9ish and head toward Moberly. It's over 2.5hrs away, but it's the half way point to St Louis, and we were meeting Aunt Dee and Moriah and Santi for lunch at our favorite Mexican place.
Lunch was accomplished in due form - Santi is 18mo and v.energetic, but also v cute, and so it was fun to see him. And it's always good to see Moriah and Aunt Dee. Jackie and Shawn came too, even though they were a bit late due to a flat tire. A good time was had by all, and it was great to see them even though it was a long trip for lunch.
Then [censored] drove us home, with a couple of brief stops to get supplies. When we got home I vegged for a bit, and then Aunt B and Uncle B arrived from Colorado. So we all hung out while eating leftovers, and then I talked to Aunt B while making the meat sauce for tomorrow's lasagna. And now I need to sleep - goodnight!
