Fungy the Dolphin has become a mainstay of Dingle tourism; scores of people take boats out into the Atlantic every day, where Fungy appears like clockwork to amuse the tourists. My travelling companion thinks that when Fungy dies, Dingle will send some guy in a dolphin suit out to prance for the tourists instead.
