Haggis - as Robbie Burns calls it, 'the chieftain o' the puddin'-race!' In case you don't recognize it, it's partially obscured by toast, between the sausages and the beans. All in all, Scottish breakfasts could use fewer baked beans and more toast/eggs/hashbrowns, but I'm biased because no one makes better beans than my mother (or 'me mum').
