I had an excellent day of work if you're into that sort of thing. I got up relatively early, partially because I had too many things on my to do list and partially because my dad's auction closed today and I wanted to be awake to keep tabs on what was happening. I am of course not as useful with these things as [censored] is, but I'm always curious, so it was fun to keep an eye on while doing my day job.
So I slogged all day, and I took a break around six to eat dinner with [censored]. I'd made a bunch of chicken taco meat in the crockpot yesterday, and today I made Mexican rice and black beans, so we had very tasty burrito bowls. Then I had one late meeting, did some laundry, made some lists, prepped a spice rub for the pork shoulder that I'm roasting tomorrow, etc.
And now I desperately need to sleep - goodnight!
