I am back in Denver after an extremely long day of driving - I meant to leave yesterday, but after taking care of house stuff all morning, I looked at hotels along my route and found they were mostly sold out. So I stayed yesterday (and made supper for the family - a delish shrimp alfredo) and got on the road this morning.
The drive was uneventful, but I lost 30min to construction on I-80. When I got home, I unloaded some tings, ordered sushi, and checked my work email since tomorrow is the end of my leave of absence. And now I need to sleep and hope I remember how to wake up for work - goodnight!
