I was back at work today, which was an unwelcome reawakening - it was nice to see some people in person, but I'm also tired and wanting to still be on vacation. So I worked all day, with a nice lunch break. Then I came back to my hotel, took a nap, did a tiny bit more work, and then met up with Lauren (aka Subz) for a long dinner at Tailor's Son. The service was absurdly slow, but that meant we were able to catch up without being rushed out, and I found it quite wonderful. We also ate outside, and I found myself dreading the onslaught of winter in Denver... But that's a problem for another time.
And now, even though I would like to wax poetic about how great Lauren is, I need to sleep - goodnight!
